Chevrolet publicly showcased the 2024 Corvette E-Ray, the brand’s first electrified Corvette, on the show floor. The hybrid’s electric torque and refined efficiency were demonstrated alongside its hybrid driving modes. This reveal matters because it marks a formal step in Corvette’s evolution toward electrified performance without sacrificing its signature driving character.
Electrified debut
The E-Ray’s presence underscores how Corvette is evolving without abandoning its core V8 character. The display included official spec details and a walk-around by Chevrolet representatives, emphasizing the model's role as a bridge to future Corvette variants while maintaining clear performance credentials for enthusiasts.
In addition to the E-Ray, Carlisle organizers curated a robust heritage display, featuring notable Corvettes from the model’s early years to recent race cars. The lineup served to remind fans of Corvette's design evolution and engineering milestones. Official captions and sponsor mentions confirmed the credibility of the display.

For collectors, Carlisle offered confirmed model-specific details, including access to event-exclusive literature and dealer promotions tied to confirmed vehicles. The emphasis on official information helped fans distinguish real reveals from rumors, while the surrounding vendor booths showcased tuning parts and museum-quality restorations.
