Welcome to the ultimate planning guide for PRI Show 2025 motorsports. This article gathers essential details for attendees and exhibitors, from dates and venues to travel, lodging, tickets, and daily planning. Use it as your one-stop resource to navigate the show with confidence.
Dates and Venue
Start by confirming the official dates and the main venue through PRI's site and the show's official channels. Plan to arrive early, as registration lines can form before doors open on busy days. The event typically centers in downtown Indianapolis venues, with ample indoor space for exhibitors, demonstrations, and vehicle displays. Have a rough daily plan but stay flexible for live demonstrations and spontaneous product reveals.
Tickets and Entry
Ticket options typically include general admission, expo passes, and exhibitor credentials. Pre-registering online often saves time at checkout and can help you secure a badge pickup window. Bring valid ID for badge printing and be prepared to show confirmation on arrival. Note that ticketing policies and pricing vary by day and access level, so verify what each pass includes ahead of time.
Parking and travel logistics require advance planning. The show area offers on-site garages and nearby lots, plus shuttle options from major hotels. If traffic is heavy, consider public transit or rideshare to minimize delays. Check the official site for map updates and any route changes due to construction or special events.
Lodging should be arranged well in advance given demand during big motorsports events. Choose hotels within walking distance to the main venue or with reliable shuttle service. Look for early-bird blocks and cancellation policies that fit your plans. If you’re traveling with a team, coordinate room blocks to maintain proximity and reduce commute times.
Schedule highlights typically include exhibit halls, product showcases, and hands-on demos, with times posted at the show and online. Weather in Indianapolis during late fall or early winter can be cold and variable, so dress in layers and plan for indoor comfort. Accessibility features, seating, and services like assistive listening are available at most venues; check ahead for service animal policies, photography guidelines, bag policies, and what to bring, including a clear bag if required.
