Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2025 highlights include a thriving swap meet, diverse vendors, and a wide range of automotive parts and merchandise, making it a must-visit event for collectors and enthusiasts.
Expect rows of vendor tents, swap stalls, and a steady flow of automotive conversation. You can find everything from small chrome trim to period-correct dashboards, often with negotiable pricing. Take time to compare like-for-like items and ask sellers about authenticity and history.
What to bring
Plan to wear comfortable footwear and bring a sturdy bag or rolling cart. Carry cash and a debit or credit card for immediate purchases, and consider a prepaid mobile wallet as a backup. Bring a flashlight or a phone with a bright camera to inspect parts, plus a notepad to track prices and seller numbers, and a small masking tape to tag items you are considering.
Before you go, check the event hours, parking zones, and any road advisories announced by Barrett-Jackson. Map out a route that covers the swap meet, the main vendor halls, and the merchandise stalls, and set a realistic pace to avoid fatigue. Build a budget with must-have parts, tools, or memorabilia on your list, and leave room for spontaneous finds that catch your eye.
Plan your day
At the swap meets and booths, take time to verify condition, check for rust, cracks, or altered parts. Ask about provenance, prior installations, and any applicable warranties or return policies from the seller. For automotive businesses offering services, inquire about restoration estimates, parts sourcing, and whether they provide on-site consultations or appraisals.
Beyond parts, the merchandise hall and online vendors showcase branded apparel, die-cast recreations, model kits, posters, and signs that appeal to collectors. Look for limited editions, serial-numbered items, and authentic memorabilia that fit your collection or gift-giving. Always compare pricing, check return policies, and ask about care instructions to preserve finishes.
Automotive businesses on the grounds often present restoration services, part sourcing networks, and consulting for project planning. Use business cards to connect with specialists who can assist with big builds or appraisals after the event. This is also a good place to learn about warranty options, service guarantees, and regional resource networks.
