Ford at Carlisle
Carlisle Truck Nationals centers on trucks of all kinds, with strong Ford representation year after year. To make the most of your visit, start with a simple map plan that highlights the Ford display, factory tours, and vendor rows. Arrive early for parking and shade, and wear comfortable shoes for a long day of walking. Bring a camera for close-up shots of rare models.
Planning tips
Inside the Ford zones, you'll see everything from classic Fords to the latest F-Series builds. Take time to read display plaques and ask volunteers about judging classes and how awards are decided. Bring a small toolkit, a bottle of water, and a flashlight for under-vehicle inspections or dim corners. Respect the vehicles and the owners, and never touch doors or hoods without permission.
Weather at Carlisle can swing from sun to shower, so check the forecast and plan accordingly. For the exact 2025 schedule and Ford display times, check the Carlisle official site. Purchase tickets in advance to skip lines and confirm entry times for the Ford displays. Park in marked lots early, and use shuttle routes if available. Pack layers, sunscreen, and a small umbrella.
Try talking with the builders and owners in the Ford displays; many are happy to share build notes and sourcing tips. Bring a notepad to jot part numbers, paint codes, and restoration ideas. Bring a friend or join a club meet to compare projects and trading experiences. Remember to respect the pace of the event and give others space to admire the cars.
After Carlisle, review your notes and photos to plan any future projects or purchases. Use official show resources to verify parts vendors and club meetings that matched your interests. Join online forums or local chapters to stay connected with Ford truck communities. This guide aims to help you enjoy Ford entries at Carlisle every year, with a respect for the craft and the history.
