Check the official site for exact start times and any weather-related updates.
Event highlights
WestWorld of Scottsdale hosts the event, offering expansive show lawns and a main arena for turbocharged action. Plan to arrive early, wear comfortable shoes, and stay hydrated. A central vendor village and car corral make navigation easy, while designated viewing areas provide clear sightlines for heats and awards. Weather can change plans, so check updates online before you go.
Ticket options vary by day and access level, with general admission for onlookers and reduced rates for seniors or military. Kids under 12 often enter free with a paying adult, which helps families. Weekend passes can offer better value, and VIP experiences provide special viewing and lounge access. Buying ahead online is recommended to secure preferred times.
Ticket options
Where to watch depends on your preference, with the best seats near the main arena for autocross heats and feature races. General admission areas offer broad views of the field, while vendor zones create a lively atmosphere between runs. Arrive with a plan to catch the main events on Sunday afternoon for awards.
Official schedules are posted months in advance and may shift due to weather或r special events. Check the Goodguys Southwest Nationals page and social channels for the latest times and field openings. I recommend bookmarking the event calendar and subscribing to updates. This keeps you informed without chasing rumors.
Common questions fans ask include what time gates open, whether pets are allowed, and if there are on-site dining options. The best approach is to check the official schedule for opening times, bring water and sun protection, and plan breaks around major demonstrations. By preparing in advance, you can focus on the cars and moments that matter most.
